Account Registration and Management

- Each player may register and maintain only one account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is prohibited. jj66 will close all duplicate accounts and may retain any balances held in those accounts.
- You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials. jj66 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
- jj66 may, at its sole discretion, request identity verification documents from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
- Players wishing to close their jj66 account may do so by contacting support. Any remaining balance that has cleared KYC verification will be returned via the player's registered payment method prior to closure.
- jj66 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, without prior notice, if jj66 reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any risk to platform integrity.
Deposits and Withdrawals
jj66 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All transactions are processed through the payment methods listed on the jj66 platform at the time of the transaction. jj66 does not accept deposits from payment instruments registered in a third party's name.
- The minimum deposit is ৳200. jj66 charges no deposit fee on standard BDT transactions via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Any fees charged by the payment provider are the player's responsibility.
- Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 30 minutes during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). jj66 reserves the right to apply additional processing time during high transaction volume or KYC review periods.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the player's own name. jj66 will not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
- jj66 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting proof of identity, proof of address, or source of funds documentation.
- All currency amounts on jj66 are denominated in BDT. Players using international cards (Visa, Mastercard) may be subject to conversion fees applied by their card issuer; jj66 accepts no liability for such fees.
Bonuses and Promotions
jj66 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the general bonus terms below, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual offer at the time of claiming. Where the general and specific terms conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.
- Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to new players only. A player who closes their account and re-registers is not considered a new player for welcome bonus eligibility.
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless otherwise stated in the individual offer terms. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully satisfied.
- jj66 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer before it is claimed, and to modify or withdraw any ongoing promotional offer with reasonable notice.

- jj66 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings paid out in error, including errors arising from software faults, data entry mistakes, or pricing errors.
Responsible Gaming

- Players may request a time-out of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days through account settings. During a time-out, the account will be temporarily suspended and no deposits, bets, or bonus claims will be possible.
- Players may request self-exclusion for periods ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion by contacting jj66 support. During self-exclusion, jj66 will take reasonable steps to prevent the player from opening a new account or receiving promotional communications.

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on jj66. jj66 reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities — upon detection of any prohibited activity.
- Using jj66 for any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity and subsequently withdrawing them.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with jj66, including automated betting systems or tools designed to circumvent platform security.
- Colluding with other players to fix the outcome of any game, match, or event on jj66, or exploiting any software bug, glitch, or vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage.
- Opening or operating a jj66 account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account, including sharing login credentials.
- Engaging in harassment, abusive communication, or threatening behaviour directed at jj66 staff or other players through any communication channel on the platform.
Intellectual Property
All content on jj66 — including software, source code, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive property of jj66 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from jj66 may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or transmitted in any form without prior written consent from jj66.
The jj66 name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of any jj66 trademark — including in domain names, social media handles, or promotional materials — is strictly prohibited. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access jj66 solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jj66 expressly excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, with respect to the platform and its services. Nothing in these Terms limits jj66's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
- jj66 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, and third-party service interruptions may cause temporary unavailability of all or part of the platform.
- jj66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if jj66 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect game outcome or payout, jj66 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. jj66 is not obligated to honour payouts resulting from software malfunctions.
- jj66's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Amendments and Governing Law
jj66 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material, jj66 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the platform or by email to the registered address on your account. Your continued use of jj66 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through jj66's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration. Nothing in this clause prevents jj66 from seeking injunctive relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
